Out of the 5 places I called, Manny called back first and came to give an estimate within 3 hours. We were on the schedule quickly. We plan to be weekly customers and I'm sure we'll ask him for help with lots of other stuff, including snow removal. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend him!
